1. What Trovekit is
Trovekit is a discovery hub for AI-generated products. We curate listings; we don't host checkout. When you buy, you transact with the underlying storefront (Etsy, Shopify, Stripe, Gumroad, Whop, TeePublic) under their terms.
2. AI-generated products
Every product on Trovekit is generated by AI. We screen designs for IP infringement, regulated terms, and brand fit before listing — but no automated screen is perfect. If you find a listing that infringes your IP, email legal@trovekit.shop and we'll retire it within 48 hours.
3. Account & access codes
Access codes are non-transferable and may be revoked if used to scrape, redistribute content, or otherwise abuse the service. The waitlist is free; we may decline to invite anyone.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping or automated bulk access.
- No reselling Trovekit listings under a different brand.
- No abuse of the waitlist or access-code flows.
5. Disclaimers
Trovekit is provided "as is." We don't warrant fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of product descriptions, or availability of any underlying storefront. We may retire products at any time.
6. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Trovekit in the prior 12 months — for waitlist users, that's zero.
7. Changes
We'll update these terms when material changes happen. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
